On March 12th not too many years ago, a miracle happened in Georgetown, Guyana. The best mom in existence gave birth to tall baby girl (yes even then I was tall, I asked), whom she then politely packed up and traveled back home to Jamaica. Good times ensued...times I doesn't remember...but they say a picture is worth a thousand words and I look pretty happy in all of my baby pictures so we are going with that. Now as my mom will tell you I have always been a curious child and that has very much so carried over into my adulthood. I have always been and always will be a "Why- Baby". What is a Why-Baby you ask? I'm glad you did. It is someone who's first words were most likely "Why". As in; "Why is the grass green?" "Why is the sky blue?", "Why is milk white?" etc. You get the idea. I believe most scientists were born Why-Baby's which I'm sure helps in their careers, but I digress. At the tender age of not-so-sure-when, I moved to the states and lived in St. Croix, then eventually moving to different places like Canada, New York, Virgina, Texas, Georgia, California, and Mississippi. While in California I picked up surfing and the bug has officially bitten. The plans are to finish up doing this Graphic Design thing, and then moving back to Cali to surf and draw..... good times man good times.....
But lemme strike some other personal facts before I get too caught up in all of those good times. Other than my fantastic mother, I have a pair of wonderful children that I adore everyday--Mama and Maia. They are the cutest kittens a girl could ask for. (What? You thought I had real kids? Pffft… The world is not ready for more little me's running around. And more importantly, I'm not ready!) I do however have a great circle of real people friends as well. They're about as silly as I am so I don't know if that's a good balance of things. Also purely for the sake of embarassment I feel I should call them out by name and so....I'd like to give a shout to (in no particular order) Rufus, Ebony, Squirt, Antione, Denaya, Sarah, Shonn, Brittney, Amanda, JJ, Allison, and Alex. They know who they are, go on and smile amongst yourselves, you've made it onto the World Wide Web Ha! I love love love movies and music and I am pretty much a tomboy by nature so I'm usually out trying to do something sporty. When I'm not being lazy that is. At the moment the sports of choice are Kayak Water Polo and Softball. I also love to cook, but all of these things are explored more in depth on the "Fun Stuff" page. Not too much else to say that you can't find out for yourself so feel free to contact me if blanks need to be filled in.
